Our Colombia Decaf de Caña is processed using a sugar cane method, meaning that it is soaked in a sugar cane solution where enzymes remove the caffeine. We roast it just a hint darker so it is versatile and good as espresso or drip. Notes of cocoa, sweet melon, and honey make this a great drinker.

My wife and I really enjoyed this coffee. It was a well rounded coffee with pleasing flavor. What is especially nice about this coffee is the surprisingly bold body of this drink particularly for a decaf. It tastes nothing like the decaf coffees that I’ve had before. I’m ordering more.
